Refund Policy

Unused credit packs

You can request a refund within 14 days of buying a credit pack, as long as none of its credits have been spent. Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider; how fast they land depends on the processor and your bank.

Spent credits

Credits spent on a delivered render are not refundable — the model and processing costs are already incurred. A render counts as delivered once a playable clip appears in your job results, even if you decide not to post it. AI output can be imperfect; an artistic result you did not love is not, by itself, a failed job.

Failed renders

If a job fails and produces no playable output, and misuse was not the cause, the credits return to your balance automatically. You do not need to email us for that.

How to ask

Email support@aihugvideo.pro within 14 days and include your purchase email, the purchase date, and — for render problems — the generation ID. Please do not send full card numbers. If a refund is approved we may remove the unused credits from the account. Reaching out to us before starting a chargeback keeps everything faster for both sides.
